Requirements: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Your main tasks: • Clear and reset tables between covers • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
