Power float operator wanted in Douglas County

Now hiring: we are hiring a power float operator in Douglas County, Nebraska. You will work on a road and bridge project. Your main tasks: • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing You should have: • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
