Trainee butcher wanted in Sullivan County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Sullivan County, New Hampshire. The job is in a supermarket meat department. You will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings.
