Short order cook • Sumter County, Georgia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a short order cook in Sumter County, Georgia. On the job you will handle: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Full-time with occasional weekends.
