Pastry baker — Sublette County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pastry baker in Sublette County, Wyoming. What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving You will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. 1+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $5,100 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
