Conventional mill operator wanted in Menominee County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Menominee County, Michigan. You will be based in a toolroom. The role involves: • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines Ideal candidate: • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Overtime paid at a premium rate.
