On the job you will handle: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies $17 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
