Immediate opening: we are hiring a pot washer in Contra Costa County, California. The job is in a hotel kitchen. You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Day to day you will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $4,800 per month, based on your experience.
