Short order cook — Cooke County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a short order cook in Cooke County, Texas. You will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays 5+ years on the tools preferred.
