Now hiring: we are hiring an air conditioning service engineer in Kontagora, Niger State. The role involves: • Insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving • Wire the indoor-to-outdoor interconnecting cable and connect the isolator • Cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines • Commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow • Braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks • Core-drill through brick and concrete walls to route the refrigerant piping Requirements: • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Can read electrical and piping schematics Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
