Deboner — Tarka

Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Tarka, Benue State. What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Day to day you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. ₦1,000 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends.
