Urgent requirement: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Jackson County, Illinois. On the job you will handle: • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting Requirements: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork Full-time, day shift.
