Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens On a typical shift you will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns.
