Restoration bricklayer wanted in Dakota County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Dakota County, Nebraska. The job is on a scaffolded high-rise site. On a typical shift you will mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; laying bricks to the line, level and plumb; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod. What we are looking for: • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
