Counterbalance forklift operator — Hendricks County

Join our team: we are hiring a counterbalance forklift operator in Hendricks County, Indiana. The job is in a cold storage facility. Day-to-day duties: • Log damaged pallets, leaks and faults in the defect book • Position the forks square and tilt the mast to secure the load • Read the load capacity plate and never exceed the rated lift limit • Assist with stock takes and cycle counting • Carry out pre-shift checks on the forks, tyres, mast and hydraulics • Operate counterbalance and reach trucks within the marked aisles Requirements: • Able to read pick lists and operate an RF scanner • Able to manually lift up to 25 kg when required • Comfortable working in cold store or chilled areas Six days a week, one day off.
