Kitchen cook — Shelby County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Shelby County, Iowa. You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate On a typical shift you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. Pay around $2,600 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
