The role involves: • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days Ideal candidate: • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
