Groundworker — Lee County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a groundworker in Lee County, Arkansas. You will work on a high-rise construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. We offer $5,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
