Offshore rigger — Roosevelt County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Roosevelt County, Montana. Requirements: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Confident with standard crane hand signals The role involves: • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads 4+ years on the tools preferred.
