Tandoor cook — Monroe County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Monroe County, West Virginia. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Day to day you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations.
