Café server — Assumption Parish

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a café server in Assumption Parish, Louisiana. You will restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; clear and reset tables between covers. What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner Rotating shifts.
