Great opportunity: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Atascosa County, Texas. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks On the job you will handle: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
