Shakeout operator wanted in Saline County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a shakeout operator in Saline County, Nebraska. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards You will melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
