Powder spray gun operator — Noble County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Noble County, Ohio. You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Your main tasks: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat Six days a week, one day off.
