Vacancy available: prep cook (Kansas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a prep cook in Sumner County, Kansas. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat On the job you will handle: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases 1+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
