Heavy equipment operator (dozer) — Lincoln County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Lincoln County, New Mexico. You will be based on a road construction project. Day to day you will push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving; clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle; spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction. You should have: • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
