What we are looking for: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale Day-to-day duties: • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
