Head baker — Chelan County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a head baker in Chelan County, Washington. Day-to-day duties: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Score the top of loaves before baking Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
