Core maker wanted in Walthall County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a core maker in Walthall County, Mississippi. The job is at an aluminium die-casting plant. You should have: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding You will fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $22 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
