Electrostatic spray painter — Stirling

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Stirling, Scotland. The role involves: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Rotating shifts.
