Immediate opening: we are hiring a shrink wrap operator in Washington County, Indiana. The job is at an FMCG production plant. The role involves: • Separate rejects and re-pack faulty units • Seal cartons with a tape gun or hot-melt glue • Operate the filling and sealing machine on the line • Feed products onto the conveyor belt and clear jams Requirements: • Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights • Understanding of basic food hygiene for food packing • Comfortable working at speed to meet line targets On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
