Great opportunity: we are hiring a mechanical press operator in Garfield County, Colorado. The job is at a white goods manufacturing plant. What we are looking for: • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges On a typical shift you will adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; record output and downtime on the production sheet. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
