Track-type tractor operator — Ralls County

Now hiring: we are hiring a track-type tractor operator in Ralls County, Missouri. You will work at a land-clearing site. What we are looking for: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes The role involves backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
