Ideal candidate: • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites Day to day you will dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency.
