Powder coating line operator — Guzamala

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Guzamala, Borno State. Day-to-day duties: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens ₦280,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
