Urgent requirement: commis chef (Texas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a commis chef in Victoria County, Texas. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line On the job you will handle: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Part-time with flexible hours.
