Immediate opening: lathe programmer-operator (Kentucky)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Jackson County, Kentucky. The role involves: • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Write and edit G-code programs at the control Ideal candidate: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
