We are recruiting: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Miller County, Missouri. The role involves degrease and clean metal parts before coating; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
