Moulder wanted in Gratiot County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a moulder in Gratiot County, Michigan. You will prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces. Requirements: • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
