Baker — Westchester County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a baker in Westchester County, New York. The role involves decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Six days a week, one day off.
