Wheel loader operator • Wheeler County, Nebraska

Great opportunity: we are hiring a wheel loader operator in Wheeler County, Nebraska. You will be based at a landfill site. You will read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects. Ideal candidate: • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. $160 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
