Groundskeeper — Spartanburg County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a groundskeeper in Spartanburg County, South Carolina. You will be based at a landscaping company. You will lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe; water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines; plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings. Requirements: • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
