Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Mbatoli, Imo State. You will be based at a banquet hall. You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure You will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading.
