We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Maury County, Tennessee. The job is at a busy bakery. The role involves check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand.
