Bar bender and fixer — Jefferson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Jefferson County, Florida. Requirements: • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites The role involves cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
