Deboner — Anoka County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a deboner in Anoka County, Minnesota. You will work at a halal meat counter. You should have: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Day to day you will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts.
