Powder coating technician wanted in Brown County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Brown County, Wisconsin. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. Your main tasks: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
