Now hiring: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Grant County, Indiana. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding Day-to-day duties: • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
