You should have: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness The role involves establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear.
