Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Boulder County, Colorado. You will keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Full-time, day shift.
